10,000 Trees Destroyed
August 17, 2010

The Hezbollah war destroyed 10,000 trees. I told the Israeli ambassador we’d plant 10,000 trees in the Grace TV Forest by September 15th.
Dear Friend,
We love Israel, the people, the land, and most of all we love Yeshua, the Savior of Israel. We minister every month in twelve locations across Israel. Jesus loved Jews, Samaritans and Romans, without discrimination. He is the same today – the Savior for both the Jew and the Arab.
Grace TV is not about satellites, television cameras, cables, and lighting – it is about people, it is about partners standing together… and now we are blessing Israel together.
To love Israel is to share God’s love in Yeshua, Jesus Christ. This love also expresses itself in practical ways. We have already planted over 3,000 trees. The Israeli ambassador told me that 10,000 trees were destroyed during the recent rocket attacks. I responded that I believe friends of Grace TV will come together to plant 10,000 trees by Sept 15th.

How did Jesus love Israel?
By giving His life for the sins of the people, but also by providing food for thousands of hungry people! Jesus’ love is eternal, spiritual and practical.
Planting trees is more than just trees; it brings food and nourishment for the people. Olive trees produce for more than a thousand years. By participating in the Grace TV Biblical Forest you…
… LEAVE A LEGACY. These trees will produce fruit for generations to come, some of them for more than a thousand years.
… FULFILL PROPHECY. Isaiah said that people from outside Israel would come to plant and build. Strangers like you and I will be a part of the agricultural rejuvenation of Israel, (Isaiah 14:1; 61:4-5).
… BLESS ISRAEL. You bring practical help to Jewish farmers, who are rebuilding the land.
… PARTICIPATE IN UNITY. You are joining with thousands of believers in establishing this Grace TV Biblical Forest.

… RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE. Your personalized certificate will be signed by an ambassador of Israel and by Grace TV. There is tremendous sense of satisfaction from people, who participate with us in this outreach to Israel. Here are some of the comments:
“I planted trees for two granddaughters.” – Pauline
“I sensed God’s blessing on our work. Trees bear fruit, and the fruit feeds the nation of Israel. What a blessing!” – Bryan
“It feels wonderful to bless someone else.” – Russel
“I planted trees for all five of my grandchildren.” – Judy
“By planting trees I feel such unity and love for Israel.” – Mabel
“I am not able to express the awe and beauty of being involved with the Grace Forest in Israel. I will remember this forever.” – Ashley
With your gift of $30 to Grace TV, we will plant a tree in your name, in your family’s name, or in the name of whoever you desire. Will you participate with a “cluster of trees”; 12 trees planted in your name or a friend’s name? The number 12 is significant in Scripture. By planting 12 trees or more, you add something very significant to the land of Israel.
Those, who step into the 12-level of giving $360 or more, will receive the “Possessing Your Promises” –statuette, a 0.925 sterling silver depiction of Joshua and Caleb in the Promised Land.
Time is of essence for the Sept 15th deadline to plant 10,000 new trees. Whether you help Grace TV plant one tree, five, twelve or a hundred trees, please take action now:
- Indicate how many trees you want to plant.
- Be sure to indicate the name or names you want written on your official certificate.
- Grace TV is still in our Summer of Miracles. I rejoice in many answers to prayer. Every prayer request is prayed over individually. Please include any area, where you want myself, or our prayer team to participate with you in prayer.
Thank you! You will have a legacy in the land, where Jesus walked!
Blessings in Yeshua,

Peter Youngren
P.S. “The righteous shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper”, (Psalm 1:3). We bless Israel, but the trees you plant, are also a reminder, that because of Jesus, we are a tree planted by the rivers of water.
